And on the subject of Facebook ...

...which has already consumed more of my time than I care to admit: How am I supposed to feel about finding out that my mother has beat me to the punch on this one? And... am I morally obligated to add her as a friend? (Hi Mom!)

  1. Yeah, Facebook can be fun, so you get a pass for spending time on it ... it's new toy.

On the subject of whether you should be your mom's friend ... only if she agrees not to post embarassing photos of you from when you were 11, with braces!

  2. I think I destroyed the one photo of me from when I had braces (which was 14, btw, not 11, but good guess). She may have already posted it, but I can't see. Damnit.

  3. Did you know Joe Hewitt worked on Facebook?

  4. I believe that I did ... and then forgot it ... and recently rediscovered it ... and forgot it again. It's not bad, it's like myspace for people who've had their braces removed, and sorta like friendster for people old enough to remember that friendster ever existed. But I don't know that I have anything to say to Joe Hewitt, except hey, aren't you the other Feff guy?

  5. I made the braces joke without re-reading the other comments, and forgot that this whole thread was about braces. Maybe I have teeth on the brain.
